For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court convicted him of forging private documents related to the written consent of the management rules in the name of K, L, andO among the instant facts charged, and of the fact that the use of such private documents and the attempted fraud were committed.

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the criminal intent of defraudation, the legality of indictment, the burden of proof

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
