On December 19, 1995, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and three years and six-year imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on July 26, 1996, and two years and six-year imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul High Court on March 16, 2001, and two years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on February 19, 2005 and two years for a two-year imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on October 19, 207.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) committed the following crimes habitually:

On June 13, 2012, at around 10:49, the Defendant stolen the amount of KRW 20,000 at the market price, including KRW 259,000 in cash owned by the victim E, credit card 2, resident registration certificate 1, one new bank passbook, one health insurance card, and one other.

From that time to September 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen money and valuables worth KRW 4,794,000, total market price by the same method on six occasions, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached sheet, and habitually stolen another’s property.

B. On October 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, G Hospital Hall 871 located in Chuncheon City F; (b) the victim H entered a sick room in which the victim H was a victim’s possession, entering the cresh of a locking room to conduct a spawn test; and (c) one copy of the No.C. debit card, spawn card, and spawn card, and four copies of the agricultural bank passbook.
