1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 46,190,000 won and 44,700,000 out of them to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On November 6, 2015, the Defendant, who was liable to the father of the Plaintiff to indicate his claim, prepared and delivered two copies of the loan certificate (24.7 million won, 40 million won) to the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff was paid the principal amount of KRW 20 million and some interest of KRW 40 million from the Defendant, and the Plaintiff claimed payment of the remainder principal and interest.
