(2) On October 20, 2015, the Plaintiff, on the date of pleading, reduced the interest rate on the part of the claim for delay from the day after the delivery of the complaint to the day of full payment to 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Public Notice).
