1. The Defendant’s KRW 35,00,000 and its amount shall be 20% per annum from November 1, 2007 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: on December 2, 1998, the plaintiff lent KRW 35,00,000 to the defendant on December 2, 1998; on this basis, the plaintiff applied for a payment order against the defendant as the Suwon District Court Branch Branch 2007Guj8731, Oct. 29, 2007 and applied for payment order against the defendant on October 29, 2007, "the defendant shall pay the plaintiff 35,00,000 won and expenses calculated by the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the plaintiff on October 31, 2007 and the original copy was served to the defendant on November 15, 2007 and confirmed on November 15, 2007."
