On August 12, 2016, at around 06:13, the Defendant driven the said vehicle about 20km from Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul to the 220-day Manyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.087%.
