A public prosecution against the violation of the Labor Standards Act is instituted in the instant facts charged.

1. The Defendant, along with H, engaged in the fabrication of private documents related to G and the uttering of the above investigation documents, to operate the retail store of “P” in the first floor of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, the first floor of H, K, L, M, N, andO, to make business registration in Q’s name, and the Defendant’s trade partner H around February 10, 2017, from R, the owner of the above commercial building, the entry in the written indictment in the JJ in the written indictment in question, is obvious of error and there is no impediment to guaranteeing the Defendant’s right to defense, and thus, is corrected ex officio.

On February 13, 2017, R entered into a sub-lease agreement with the lessee H to transfer the above commercial building J to the sub-lessee Q on the lease date.

The Defendant: (a) decided to sublease part of the commercial building to G so that the said retail store can be operated; (b) decided that G should submit a lease contract to the competent district tax office for the business registration of the fixed landing store; and (c) decided to forge a sub-lease agreement with the lessor to the effect that the lessor consents to the sub-lease agreement.

The Defendant, around March 8, 2017, at the retail store operated by the Defendant in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, agreed to sublease Q Q to lessee Q Q under the following conditions on a copy of the re-lease agreement made by the Defendant to the above location: R: lessee: He resident number S, resident number: Q, and resident number: T, Q, T, and February 13, 2017: (a) copy of the re-lease agreement made by the Defendant, and then copyed Q, Q, T, and Q, T, and Q, and Q, T, and the 13th day of the sub-lease, and then made a sub-lease agreement made by the date of the sub-lease, and then deliver it to the husband U.S. who is unaware of the above circumstances, and U.S., at around March 8, 2017, enter it as business registration No. 371, Mar. 17, 201; and (b) U.S.’s business registration No. 371, Mar. 27, 2017.
