The reasoning of this court's explanation concerning this case is as follows: "this court" of the first instance court Nos. 3, 6, 4, 11 of the first instance court's ruling is "the first instance court"; "the witness G, H, I, J, K, L, and part of witness M" of the fourth, 9, 10 of the fourth, 4, 9, and 10 of the second instance court's ruling "the witness G, H, I, J, K, K, K, L, and I of the first instance court's witness's testimony, and part of witness M of the first instance court's witness's witness's testimony"; therefore, it is identical to the statement of the reason of the first instance court's ruling in accordance with the main sentence of Article 4
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
