【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 18:05 on June 26, 2019, the Defendant driven a spke vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.148% at the section of about 10km from the south city to the intersection in front of the station located in the Namwon-si, Namwon-si.

On June 26, 2019, at around 18:05, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.148%, and led the Defendant to drive the said car in the direction of her direction at the south of the intersection in front of the oil station in the Namwon-si C.

At this point, since the signal was installed and operated, there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle to the person engaged in driving service with the signal.
