The judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendant submitted a written reply as of March 13, 2018, but only sought a judgment dismissing the Plaintiff’s claim, and did not give any reply to the facts alleged by the Plaintiff as the cause of the claim and did not appear on the date for pleading, and thus, it constitutes the time when the Plaintiff did not clearly dispute the facts alleged by the Plaintiff (see Supreme Court Decision 89Meu4045, Jul. 25, 1989).
