A. On December 31, 1991, the Plaintiffs completed each share transfer registration (3/11 shares in Plaintiff A, and 2/11 shares in each of the remaining Plaintiffs) based on inheritance with respect to the land of 516 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

Plaintiff

A is the owner of the instant land-based building (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”).

B. On December 17, 2003, the Plaintiff A set the lease deposit amount of KRW 40,000,000 for the land floor of KRW 125 and 25 for the Defendant among the instant building, and the lease period of KRW 2,00,000 for the rent month, from December 17, 2003 to December 17, 2006.

C. Accordingly, the Defendant received 125 square meters and 25 square meters of the instant building from the Plaintiff, among the instant buildings, from the Plaintiff, and operated an entertainment tavern on the ground floor of the instant building, while residing in the fourth floor of the instant building.

Plaintiff

A A brought a lawsuit against the Defendant under this Court No. 2011Gahap2851 against the Defendant, and the Defendant filed a counterclaim against the Plaintiff A to seek payment of KRW 178,255,00,00 for the necessary cost of installing fire-fighting systems, KRW 13,430,00 for the period during which the Plaintiff could not engage in business due to the installation of fire-fighting systems, and KRW 13,430,00 for the rent paid for the period during which the Plaintiff could not use and benefit from part of the strato which is the object of lease due to water leakage, and KRW 35,560,00 for the rent paid.

E. In the case described in the preceding paragraph, on January 31, 2012, the following mediation was concluded between Plaintiff A and the Defendant (hereinafter “instant mediation”).

B. From February 1, 2012, the buildings mentioned in paragraph 1(a) above are buildings.
