1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 334,355,979 with respect to the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from January 25, 2019 to August 10, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act:

According to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and thus, the part claiming for delay payment exceeding 12% per annum is rejected.
