1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 20,299,584 won and 20,225,240 won among them, from October 15, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim on December 5, 2013: (a) the total sum of the principal and interest and damages for delay which have not been paid as of October 14, 2014, out of KRW 20,299,584 as of October 14, 2014; and (b) the interest and damages for delay at the rate of 20,225,240 won as of October 15, 2014 as of KRW 24% per annum from October 15, 2014.
