Reasons
The reasoning to be stated by the court in this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and such reasoning is cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure
(However, the part concerning the defendants' counterclaim is excluded from the part concerning the plaintiff's counterclaim. Thus, all of the defendants' counterclaim claims shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and since the part concerning the counterclaim claim in the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, it is dismissed.
