However, the defendant had no intention or ability to sell a mobile phone from the beginning.

1. The Defendant: (a) was a person who operated “E” in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju; and (b) was able to open a mobile phone using a copy of the victim’s identification card submitted by the victim F at the time of opening a mobile phone to the Defendant.

On December 20, 2012, the Defendant, using a copy of the victim’s identification card at the above location, opened one cell phone G from the SKelcom cell phone at the above location, entered “F”, “H” in the name column, “H” in the resident registration number column, and “F” in the customer column, signed and forged it.

In this way, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged three copies of the application for subscription in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.
