1. Basic facts
A. The party-related Plaintiff is a member of the 19th National Assembly belonging to the D Party (formerly named Eparty: E Party) and Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a broadcasting business operator operating the “C”, a general cable channel, and Defendant B is a person who is working as the vice head of the political division in F.
B. Defendant C’s broadcast report 1) With respect to the enactment of the Special Act on the Sewol Ferry as the subject of “the method of destruction of the Special Act on the Sewol Ferry and the settlement of a party strike” by an interviewee and an interviewee in G broadcast “H” program, Defendant C expressed a majority of members in the E Party against the draft agreement that the member of the E Party, who is the representative within the E Party, expressed his opposing opinions and demands renegotiation while refusing to accept the said agreement (hereinafter “instant broadcast 1”).

However, this 44 members of E Party were demanded to renegotiation at the end of the day of this 44. The names of this 44 members of E Party will be 12 or 130 members of E Party. The total number of members of E Party members is 25 members of women. However, in the case of women’s members, 12 of this 25 members of the E Party may be deemed to have agreed to this signature. They may be deemed to have requested that two members of the 25 Council during the negotiations.
