A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
2,800,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant handled the psychotropic drugs-related Mepters (one philopon, hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).
1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;
A. On October 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) contacted “E” through “D”, a smartphone display; (b) remitted KRW 800,000 to H’s Nong Bank’s account (Account Number: I) from G Bank’s cash payment machine located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (c) purchased and sold phiphones by finding approximately 1g of the phiphones delivered by using a non-commercial loan in the territory of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
B. The Defendant decided to purchase a phiphone from the above NAE in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, and around October 24, 2015, transferred KRW 600,000 from the national bank account (Account Number:J) designated by the said seller to the foreign bank account (K) designated by the said seller, but failed to receive the phiphones.
C. On November 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a penphone in the same manner as the preceding paragraph; (b) transferred KRW 400,000 from the above national bank account under the Defendant’s name to L’s account; and (c) purchased and sold a penphone by finding approximately 0.5g of a penphone delivered by means of a non-face loan in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government area.
Around December 13, 2015, the Defendant agreed to purchase a phiphone from the above NAE in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph, remitted KRW 800,000 to the account in the name of the Defendant’s agricultural bank account (Account Number:N). Around December 13, 2015, the Defendant traded a phiphone by finding approximately 1g of a phiphone, delivered by using a non-let loan in the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On March 27, 2015, the Defendant deducted the rubber of cremation drawing and delivery sprink from the mutual influences in detail in the Philippines, and philopon inside the glass pipe.
