1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 400,000,000 with respect to the Plaintiff and Defendant B from August 18, 2014 to July 3, 2020.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208(3)2, 150(1), and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant did not submit a reply or preparation document disputing the Plaintiff’s claim; Defendant B, and C did not appear on the first date for pleading, but did not appear on the second date for pleading; and the Defendants did not appear on the second date for pleading; thus, the Defendants shall be deemed to have led to confession of the facts alleged by the Plaintiff).
