1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 10% from January 1, 2009 to February 3, 2015.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(However, “creditor” is changed to “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” to “Defendant”, but the starting date of the interest in arrears was changed from the first day of pleading of this case as indicated in Paragraph (1) of this Article.
