1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 29, 2004 to the day of complete payment.

Indication of claim: The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant as to the claim for the amount of guarantee debt of this court No. 2004Gadan21834, and received a favorable judgment, which became final and conclusive on October 28, 2004, and filed the lawsuit of this case in order to extend the prescription period of the above final and conclusive judgment.
