The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendants guilty of all the charges of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by violating logical and empirical rules, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, misapprehending the legal principles as to the admissibility of hearsay statements, violating the principle of trial, violating the principle as to unfair collaborative acts and interference with bidding in violation of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the requirements for application of Article 70 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
