When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a business of manufacturing and processing foods in the name of “E” in Chungcheongnam-Nam Hong-gun D.
A person who manufactures or processes foods shall place a label that meets the standards for labeling pursuant to Article 10 of the Food Sanitation Act, along with the name and use in accordance with the standards and specifications of foods, etc. at the time of labeling, and shall not sell foods or import, display, transport foods for sale, or use them for business if no label exists, or no label is made.
Nevertheless, the Defendant:
1. On May 16, 2016, the lower court distributed approximately 2,180 km 2,180 g of 109 to 200 knives of Vietnam, by transferring the salted sled sled sled sled sled sled sled sled sled seds to new copies, without attaching indications.
2. On May 20, 2016, approximately 73 copies 1,460 kg was distributed at the above-mentioned location in the same manner as those set forth in the preceding paragraph.

As a result, the Defendant distributed products with approximately KRW 12,690,000 at the market price of 5,640 kilograms of Vietnam, without attaching labeling items more than three times in total, and used them for the purpose of selling foods or transporting them for business.

1. Each internal investigation report, the defendant and his defense counsel's assertion against the defendant and his/her defense counsel asserted that the defendant and his/her defense counsel did not violate the Food Sanitation Act because they were delivered only to the company (G).
Even based on the data submitted by the Defendant’s defense counsel, distribution means a series of procedures during which food is provided at the intermediate stage prior to the sale to the final consumer (the importer of the instant new fish, the processor (Defendant), and the G distributor).
