When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On June 13, 2014, at around 13:15, the Defendant driven a B-be truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.096% from a section of approximately 1km to a 1k-beon road located in the territory of the Sincheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the roads in the territory of the same Eup.
