1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,680,31 and KRW 16,000 among them, 18% per annum from August 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
