1. The Defendant’s KRW 70,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from July 1, 2017 to June 14, 2019, and the next day.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(F) 6% per annum under the Commercial Act and 12% per annum under the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 (the date of service of the complaint shall be applicable to delay damages of 6% per annum
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
