1. On July 5, 2014, at around 03:10 on July 5, 2014, the Defendant reported that the victim E (the age of 34) in D, “D,” which is located in Daegu Suwon-gu, brought about a dispute with F, who is the Defendant’s act of the Defendant, and continuously took a bath to the victim, and the victim was able to take a brue with both hand of the Defendant when the victim was brupted, and brued against the floor, thereby causing the victim to suffer a bodily injury with a tear of about 30 meters in the left eye of the body of the Defendant.

2. On the other hand, in relation to whether the defendant had the victim suffer about 3 cm in the upper left eye, there are two copies of the statement at investigation agency and this court; ① the statement at investigation agency and this court; ② the certificate and prescription of clinical vehicle, medical examination and treatment expenses of the G G regular external department; ③ the confirmation letter of fact inquiry, medical records, medical treatment expenses; ④ the investigation report (victim E chest photographs); and two copies of the photograph.

E’s statement concerning E’s statement is difficult to believe as follows:

① On July 14, 2014, E made a statement to the effect that “I am kne kne kne se se kne se fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe fe.”.

② E made a statement in this Court that knee is kneeed on the left side, and that knee is teared on the left side, and entered in the facts charged in this case.
