The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On February 25, 2014, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol in front of C located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and without any reason, assaulted the victims by drinking the face of the said D, i.e., the victim E (Nam, 59 years old) who was living together with a computer used by the victim D (Nam and 26 years old), and resisted the victim E (Nam and 59 years old) to stop it.
