If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 40,000 won shall be one day.

When a driver of any motor vehicle makes a left-hand turn at the intersection, he/she shall go slowly along the center line of the road in advance and turn to the left at the center of the intersection, and in such cases, other motor vehicles shall not go to the front of the motor vehicle that is slowly driven as above.

Nevertheless, on May 10, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-car on May 13:16, 2016 and moved down along the central line in order to turn to the right at the left at the first way while driving a 17-lane in front of the Kudong apartment-ro, Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, toward the direction of the school for the next generation, located on the 17-lane, in the direction of the resignation tunnel.
