According to such an agreement, the Defendant received KRW 5,023,370 from L to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the Defendant under the pretext of receiving a contract in favor of the public official in charge with respect to “M”, which is the contract amount of 25,117,300, which is the contract amount ordered by the Nam-gun around July 18, 2016 from September 13, 2016 to January 13, 2017, as well as receiving KRW 5,023,370 from L to the Defendant’s account in the name of the Defendant.
