The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment below, the court below was just in finding the Defendants guilty of all the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its holding, and it did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the "agreement" and "unfair," the expectation of lawful acts, the possibility of expectation of lawful acts, and the requirements for exception to the application of both penalty provisions under Article 70 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
