1. The Defendant’s KRW 58,212,130 as well as 5% per annum from February 10, 201 to October 20, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. The interest rate after October 1, 2015, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended on September 25, 2015, shall apply 15% per annum.
