A. The defendant A and B jointly share 985,394,128 won and 441,495,317 won among them. < Amended by Act No. 6539, Jan. 1, 2001>

A. On July 28, 2004, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against D, E, F, and East Mine Business, including the Defendants, with the Gwangju District Court 2004Gahap7479, and the Gwangju District Court sentenced to the following judgment on May 12, 2005, and the above judgment was finally delivered to the Defendants of the lawsuit claiming the above amount of money, and it became final and conclusive on June 4, 2005.

1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A, B, D, and E shall jointly and severally pay the amount of KRW 985,394,128 and 556,264,014 among them at the rate of 18% per annum from May 30, 2001 to the date of full payment, and Defendant B, D, and E shall not exceed two billion won, respectively:

B. Defendant A, B, D, and E are jointly and severally 34,197,259 won;

C. Defendant A, B, D, and E are jointly and severally liable for 15,974,267 won;

D. Defendant A Co., Ltd. shall pay 40,473,823 won and 6,849,00 won among them at the rate of 18% per annum from August 12, 1999 to the date of full payment;

E. Defendant A Co., Ltd. shall pay 105,769,900 won and 82,700,000 won among them at the rate of 18% per annum from August 12, 1999 to the date of full payment;

F. The defendant Mine Industry Co., Ltd., together with the defendant A, 82,700,000 won and 6% per annum from April 18, 1998 to October 15, 2004 and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment;

G. Defendant A, B, C, and E jointly and severally paid the amount of KRW 49,182,592 and KRW 37,412,514 among them at the rate of 19% per annum from August 12, 1999 to the date of full payment, and the amount of KRW 75,00,000 for the said money and KRW 65,00,000 for Defendant B and C, and KRW 65,000 for Defendant E;

H. Defendant A, E, F, and B jointly and severally pay 26,921,594 won and 19,918,47 won among them at the rate of 19% per annum from August 12, 1999 to the date of full payment.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Defendants.
