1. As to KRW 473,535,80, and KRW 300,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 473,535,80,000 from December 16, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed the Plaintiff; and (b) “debtor” shall be deemed the Defendant.
