1. Around January 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) established, and assumed office as the representative director, Co., Ltd., Ltd. in Sung-nam-si D and B 1201; and (b) took overall charge of the operation of “F”, a web site, from the end of February 2014 to May 26, 2014.

From February 26, 2014 to May 12, 2014, members of the above F website opened the work of KS and SBS without permission on a total of 1,688 occasions, such as the No. 1 to No. 1688 of the F Web 1 (F Web 2014), and distributed KS and SBS works 130 copies of the work without permission on the above F website from April 10 to April 15, 2014, such as the list of crimes No. 2 (f) of the [Attachment 2] from April 10, 2014.

From the end of February 2014 to May 26, 2014, the Defendant managed approximately 10,000 members affiliated with the said F website as DB server 1, 25, and 25 Web server 2. The Defendant continued to post and transmit a work protected by copyright as a file-sharing site without permission. Despite the fact that the files that the said F website was illegal copies, the Defendant provided 100 p.m. cash per 1GB with the content of the said F website (an amount equivalent to 100 won) and transferred them to all members who registered 50,000 p.m. on the said F website, and provided 1,000 U.S. copyright holders to the extent that they could immediately request the copyright holder to immediately join the said F website and to take measures to delete or set up 5,000 p.m. video files, including the copyrighted copyrighted work, to the extent that the copyright holder would have been infringed.
