1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 12, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant borrowed KRW 55 million from the Plaintiff in 2010 by determining the due date by the end of August 2010 without an agreement on interest, but did not pay KRW 38 million out of the borrowed principal.
