1. The defendant shall pay 28,250,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from October 24, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On October 23, 2013, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 25,000,000 to the Defendant. The Defendant added KRW 2,500,000 to the Plaintiff as interest, and paid KRW 27,50,000 to the Plaintiff up to June 30, 2014.
However, the defendant did not repay it, and if the above promise is not observed, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 28,250,000 won with interest rate of 20% per annum from the day following the day of service of the complaint to the day of full payment.
