Punishment of the crime
On May 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 10, 2016 in Seoul Southern District Court, which was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for fraud using computers, violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and larceny, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 26, 2016.

1. Defendant A, who had been the former victim B and had been aware of the passwords of the victim’s residence room at the time of her death, committed a theft of 600,000 won in cash in the long-term farm by releasing the passwords of the victim’s dwelling in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Officetel 1403 around November 21, 2015. On February 17, 2016, Defendant A stolen 1.6 million won in cash of the victim by intrusioning the said place at the same time and cutting down 1.6 million won in cash of the victim’s dwelling at the same time on two occasions.

2. At around 03:00 on January 24, 2016, the Defendant became aware of the F’s password of the F IBK Enterprise Bank Body Card when the F, who was a guest, was an employee at the E-state store located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, settled the drinking value.
At around 07:30 of the same day, the Defendant drinked alcoholic beverages with F, while drinking alcoholic beverages with F, and breathed with F’s drinking drinking, and then deducted the above IBK Enterprise Bank C from inside money with F’s drinking, using it from 10:48 to 12:04 on the same day, and then withdrawn 3:00,000 won in cash of the victims from the 352 Han Bank Fro-ro, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from the 352 IF automated machines Co., Ltd., and continuously, the Defendant used F’s Samsung Card from the inside money of F under the influence of alcohol to 12:24 of the same day to 12:29 of the same day, and then withdrawn F’s Samsung Card to 3:68,000 won in total from the cash withdrawal machine installed at the convenience store in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to 3:68,000 won in total.
