If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

1. On March 28, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (after-accidents), driving a BSM5 car around 19:40 on March 28, 2015, and driving a two-lane road in front of the 108-ro, U.S., U.S., Seoul Special Metropolitan City, No. 108, U.S., in front of the 108-ro, U.S., Seoul Special Metropolitan City, U.S., with the right-hand turn from the right-hand edge to the right-hand edge, while driving a C while changing the course from the right-hand edge

D Coin also shocked the top left-hand part of the CA car into the upper right-hand part of the CM5 passenger car next to the upper right-hand part.

Due to the above accident, the Defendant damaged the C-A-car free panions, etc. to cover approximately KRW 512,259 for repairing costs.

When the Defendant, as an accident driver, caused the above accident, he immediately unloaded from the vehicle to take necessary measures, such as removal of traffic obstacle or danger, but left the site without any measure.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven the said SM5 vehicle without a driver’s license in the same manner as that of paragraph 1.
