A. On August 3, 2010, the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer under the Plaintiff’s name was completed on the grounds of “sale reservation on August 3, 2010.” On April 22, 2011, the above right to claim ownership transfer was completed under the name of Nonparty 2-based limited liability company (hereinafter “Maju Development”) and the registration of the ownership transfer was completed under the name of 10-Gu 20-Gu 20-Gu 1, and each of the above rights to claim ownership transfer was completed on the instant building under the name of 10-Gu 20-Gu 20-Gu 10-Gu 20-Gu 20-Gu 20-Gu 20-Gu 10-Gu 20-Gu 20-Gu 3720-Gu 20-Gu 17, respectively, on the ground that the above right to claim ownership transfer was completed by the Defendant’s registration of the ownership transfer under the name of 10-Gu 20-Gu 2017.
