AY corporation (hereinafter referred to as "AY") with an initial management of 36.04%, the Korea Railroad Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "AY") with 31.25%, and (AY (100%) with an equity interest of 31.25%) and with an investment of 31.25%, and AY is to be a major shareholder who actually owns 67.29% out of H’s shares, and around July 15, 2004, BAE (hereinafter referred to as “BE”) with an investment of 1,725,455 shares (39.1%) owned by the former management of 30.29 billion won, thereby succeeding to the new construction of G, which is to be conducted by the representative director of the Korea Railroad Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “AY”) with the aforesaid management of 209.29 billion won and less than the price of 260 billion won.
